    Our straps are designed to be used with a wide range of watches and can be used with most watch brands and models. They are suitable for watches with fixed lug bars and removeable lug bars.

    Yes, our straps are infinitely adjustable and can be easily resized to fit your wrist. The material naturally contracts and expands as your wrist temperature changes.

  3. What materials are NDCstraps® watch straps made from?
    Our straps are made from genuine French Marine Nationale parachute elastic made in the original factory in France.

  4. How do I know if my NDCstraps® watch strap is genuine?
    NDC Straps are only sold on this official website.

  5. How do I care for my NDCstraps® watch strap?
    If your strap gets dirty, you can clean it with a damp cloth or wash it by hand, in a washing machine, inside a sock. When used in salt water, rinse.

  6. What is the warranty on NDCstraps® watch straps?
    We offer a 6-month warranty on our straps against defects and product failing.

  7. Can I change the strap on my watch myself?
    Yes, you can change the strap on your watch yourself. There are plenty of videos online to assist.

  8. How long does it take to receive my order?
    Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days and delivery times vary depending on your location.

  9. Can I track my order?
    Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

  10. My package is lost.
    If your package went missing or says, it was delivered, but it’s not in your mailbox, unfortunately, delivery by non-UK postal services is out of our control. NDCstraps is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address entered for an order. Upon request, we can confirm the address provided along with the delivery date and tracking number for the customer to investigate. Please keep in mind we only have access to the same tracking info as you.

    If you find yourself in this situation, the best course of action would be to reach out to your local post office and/or mail carrier, as they may be able to see exactly where it was delivered. If you live in a building with many boxes, we recommend leaving a note in the common area, as that could help locate the package if you suspect it was put in the wrong box.

    As always, the happiness of our customers is our #1 priority, and we want to work with you to ensure you receive your NDC product. We recommend giving it 2-3 weeks from your delivery date to contact us about a package marked delivered. In our experience, the packages typically turn up a couple of days after it was marked ‘delivered’.

    Returns are only accepted for faulty straps or incorrect products sent out. Any straps returned will be inspected before a decision is made to refund.
