How to fit an NDC Strap
If you're looking for the original Marine Nationale strap, this is the one to get—it's the authentic version worn by the French Navy. The strap feels high quality, with a sturdy yet comfortable weave, and you can even personalize the metal hook with custom engraving for a unique touch. I’ve paired it with my Tudor Pelagos FXD MN, and it honestly feels like the strap was made specifically for this watch. Overall, I’m very happy with it and am seriously considering picking up another one for my Omega Seamaster Heritage 300.
The parachute elastic separates this from other straps — the material is more heavier and doesn’t have that sheen of cheaper elastic. The comparable-priced Erika’s is made from a different elastic and doesn’t come close. She makes good straps but the NDC strap that uses the Marine Nationale material is that much better.
